Three Notch Rd Extrication

Company 3 was alerted to the area of 19796 Three Notch Rd for the reported MVA with injuries. Chief 3 arrived to find one in the roadway with entrapment and one in the ditch with possible entrapment as well. Engine 32 and Rescue Squad 3 arrived on the scene and started extrication on the primary vehicle while utility 39 provided primary patient care. After the tool staging area was established and a protection line was pulled 32's crew accessed the secondary vehicle to find there was no entrapment with one non priority patient. 32 secured the vehicle while 388 provided primary patient care. After completion of extrication the scene was turned over to the St. Marys Co. sheriff's office and units returned.
