| On 2-27-04 @ 13:04 hours, Bay District Volunteers were dispatched for a motor vehicle accident with injuries at the intersection of Three Notch Road and By the Mill Road. Brush 9 arrived within two minutes of the dispatch and advised that there were two vehicles involved and that one patient was pinned in the driver seat of one of the vehicles. Rescue Box 9-03 was upgraded to include Hollywood Volunteers bringing out Squad-7. Engines 92 & Engine 32 arrived on the scene minutes later under the direction of acting officer Mike George who immediately began vehicle stabilization and patient care on the patient trapped. Crews from Squad-7 and Engine 92 worked to free the pinned patient and units wrapped up from the incident at 13:36 hours just in time to run four additional calls within the next four hours.
