Building Pre-Plan Information - PUBLIC

Owner/Manager/Maintainer:

Below, you will find the questionnaire we employ for constructing pre-incident plans, a vital tool that empowers us to respond efficiently in case of an emergency. Pre-incident planning entails the collection and documentation of crucial information, pivotal for public safety personnel when making life-saving decisions during incidents like fires, terrorist attacks, or natural disasters. Lives and property can be safeguarded when the Incident Commander possesses access to essential details about the structure and its contents.

To facilitate this process, kindly provide us with a floor-by-floor layout of the building. You have the option to transmit these plans electronically using the uploader at the bottom of this form, via email, or through traditional mail sent to our address at P.O. Box 1440, California, MD 20619.

Should you have any inquiries or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at the following contact points:

For KnoxBox-related information and details on the ordering process, please consult our dedicated KnoxBox webpage.

Your collaboration in providing this information is invaluable and contributes significantly to the safety and well-being of our community. We deeply appreciate your commitment to public safety.

Respectfully,
