Working Fire in The Ranch Club

At around 1:15 in the afternoon units from Bay District and Hollywood were called to Lusby in Calvert County in the Chesapeake Ranch Estates for the report of a house fire. Engine 91 responded upon dispatch and Tower 9 was added to the run at 1:30 pm.
Units from Calvert arrived on the scene to find a two-story single-family home with smoke showing from the second floor and attic.
Engine 91 arrived and laid a secondary supply line from the hydrant to the house. The crew from 91 reported to the scene and assisted in fire extinguishment and overhaul on the second floor.
Crews operated at the scene for about an hour before going in service and returning to quarters.
