Jason and I just wanted to thank everyone that came out to say goodbye. We haven't gotten everything packed yet, but Jason will be moving down next weekend. Not exactly sure when Amanda and I will be leaving. I have only been in the department as a member for 5 years and have enjoyed everyone of them. Of my 23 years with the rescue squad I have many memorable moments with Bay District on calls and the moon incident! Just ask Mark Buhl if not sure what that was about!!!
We'll miss you all and will still come up from time to time to visit.

Pictures of new station are nice. The new station looks like it's going to be a really nice building for you all. Alot of planning must of been put into it. What a great improvement over the old station. I remember as a very young child hanging out at the old station with my Uncle (Doug Medley) and my father (Rodger Medley) a past member. I hope to see the new station some day. Tell my uncle Doug hello. I'm proud of all the years he has given to the Bay District Fire Dept. It makes my 19 years with my fire dept. look like a small contribution. These men and women that put in this many years are truely the real heros.

Wayne your crews did a excellent job on containing the fire on onionfields lane Dec 24. JOB WELL DONE!!!!! I was impressed with the team work. Removing the presents and tools and the pick up that didnt have any brakes. Good working with you guys and gals. Have a Great Christmas and Safe New Year.
