We enjoyed your "Breakfast with Santa" and your social hall is beautiful. The food was delicious and everyone seemed excited about the event. A special thanks to Santa for telling my little boy that he would have to wait until he grows up and has his own place to get a real live pet snake for Christmas. Just bring the Legos Santa! Just dropped in to say hi. The web sight is looking great! I hit it at least 3 time a week to check on the latest news. Congrats to Mr. and Mrs Johnson and Steve "Aint gettin no sleep at night" Vallandingham!
The new station 3 looks great! I think my firehouse here in SC would fit into one engine bay. Take care of what you have and be thankfull that Maryland understands the needs of a volunteer fire department. Things are a lot different here in Anderson, we get the job done, but we sure don't have the money to put a freight train horn on a firetruck!

my little brothers said that members went to their school today and yesterday. they learned sooo much and love to talk about the fire trucks. and finally i got one to believe me that fire trucks can be yellow. we hope to be at the fire prevention open house, but thank you for being able to take time out of the day to talk to the elementary students, you have no idea how much fun they had

Just a short note to thank all the members of BDVFD for an outstanding dedication ceremony this past weekend. You have come along way from the digs we use to be in. I was honored to be part of the celebration and give a hardy special thanks to Fire Chief Johnson, President Fairfax and to the building committee members for a special time.
