Serious Accident Leads to Priority 1

On Saturday morning shortly before noon volunteers from Stations 9, 3, 7, 39, and the medic unit were alerted to Millstone Landing Rd in the area of Green Holly Elementary for the auto accident with reported entrapment. Units marked up right after dispatch. Chief 3 went on the scene and confirmed one partially overturned into the trees with a possible priority patient with ejection and to start the helo. Engine 92 and squad 3 arrived simultaneously and assisted with patient care and removing debris from the road way. Engine 91 set up the landing zone at Green Holly Elementary, however the ambulance diverted to meet the helo at St. Mary's hospital.Units returned to service within the hour. Chief 3 held the command.
