Bay District Assists With Serious Accident In Valley Lee

On 3/20 Company 3 was alerted to the 19000 block of Piney Point Road for the Motor Vehicle Accident with Reports of 2 trapped. Squad 3 (SGT Hayden) responded to the scene with 8 men.

Chief 6A arrived on scene and advised communications the indications were correct with 2 trapped. Squad 6 arrived on scene and started working on freeing the victim in the first vehicle. Squad 3 went to work freeing the victim from the second vehicle.

Units on scene determined there was a need for Maryland State Police Trooper 7 to transport both Patients to a local trauma center. Tanker 93 handled the landing zone. Units operated on scene for an hour
