| On Friday September 5, 2008 at 12:07 hours, Bay District Volunteers were alerted for a Motor Vehicle Accident with injuries at the intersection of Three Notch Road at the intersection of First Colony Boulevard. Engine 92, Squad 3, and Chief 9B were on the road with 11 Volunteers within seconds of dispatch. Engine 92 was first on the scene arriving at 12:10 hours advising of a three car accident just south of the intersection given during dispatch. At 12:11 hours, Chief 9B arrived on location establishing the California Command. After further investigation of all occupants involved in the accident, Rescue Box was reduced to Engine 92 and the first arriving Ambulance. Command was terminated a short time later and units cleared the scene at 12:23 hours with the EMS crew obtaining refusals. |
