| On Wednesday September 12, 2007 at 7:28 hours, units were dispatched to a reported motor vehicle accident with injuries at 48166 Park Hall Road in Park Hall. Within minutes, Engine 33, Squad 3, and Chief 9B responded with 9 volunteers to the Rescue Box. At 7:33 hours, Engine 33 under the direction of acting officer Anthony Allen arrived on the scene of a two car vehicle accident with one of the vehicles into a wooden fence. At 7:33 hours, Sgt Charlie Welch arrived on the scene establishing the Park Hall Command. The crew from Engine 33 secured power to both vehicles and assisted with patient packaging. Squad 3 under the direction of Captain 3 (Jeff Evans) arrived on the scene and removed some fluids from the roadway. One patient was transported to SMH and units returned back to service at 7:57 hours.
