On 2/07/2007 at 1847 hours the Volunteers from Station 3 were alerted to 47453 Lincoln Ave for the reported vehicle fire. Engine 33(Sgt. Eno) responded and arrived on the scene just under 3 minutes from dispatch advised a vehicle with fire in the driver and passenger side compartments. The crew advanced a 1 3/4 line to the vehicle and within minutes the fire was out. Due to the nature of the fire the Maryland State Fire Marshall's office was called to respond to the location. Due to the cold weather and the water that was used the crews then spread a layer of kitty litter on the side walks and street to reduce the slippery conditions. Chief 3B held the operations of the incident along with Sgt. Eno. The Engine returned shortly after the arrival of the Fire Marshall.
