Volunteers Work 1st Due Trailer Fire |

| On 12/17/2006 at 1640 hours Volunteers were alerted to the area of Prather Drive and Sell Drive for the report of a Working Trailer Fire. Fire Chief 3 along with Engine 33(Sgt. Bowes) and Truck Company 3 (FF. Stolle) responded within 15 seconds of the call with 16 Volunteers. Within a minute after dispatch Squad 3 Responded with 4 additional personnel along with Engine 92 with 5. Chief 3 arrived on the scene within 2 minutes from dispatch just before Engine 33 and advised of a Working Trailer Fire and assumed the "Sell Drive Command". Engine 33 arrived and laid in a 4" Supply Line from the intersection of Prather Drive and Sell Drive. Truck Company 3 arrived next and staged just short of the residence and met up with the attack crew and forced the front door and also started the primary and secondary searches along with the crew from Engine 132 that arrived next and established the water supply. The crews worked together and located the fire in the Boiler Room with extension to a bathroom and the attic. The fire was knocked quickly and was placed under control by Operations at 1650 hours and also both primary and secondary were done and proved negative results. Command then requested the Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office and SMECO to respond to the location. Crews from Station 3 stayed on the scene until 1800 hours and provided Lighting for further investigation and ventilation of the residence.
