| On Friday October 20, 2006 at 11:06 hours, Bay District Volunteers were alerted for a Motor Vehicle Accident with injuries in the area of Three Notch Road @ Millstone Landing Road. Brush 3A was on location and advised that they had a two vehicle accident with 2 reported injuries. Engine 92 responded under the direction of acting officer Jack Hare and Squad 3 responded under the direction of acting officer Steve Stockwell. Units arrived on the scene and assisted with patient care, removing fluids from the roadway, and securing power to the vehicles. One person was transported to the hospital and Chief 9B had the California Command. Units cleared the Rescue Box @ 11:36 hours and later ran another Rescue Box with a vehicle into a tree at the intersection of Chancellors Run Road @ Clipper Drive @ 11:43 hours.
