| While running almost 2000 calls a year for service the members of stations 3 and 9 still get together every Monday night for an informative drill. Pictured are the members doing a hands on of small powered tools, i.e. chain saw, K-12, and gas powered PPV fans. Each member got the chance to explain the use of each tool and proper starting of each. This session was conducted by Deputy Chief Joe Gould. The other half of the group split off and were instructed in the proper use of setting up pumping operations and use of small forestry lines. This part of the drill was conducted by Assistant Chief Dave Smiley. |
