At approximately 12:14 hours, Co.3 and surrounding stations were alerted to respond to 45889 Charles Way in Great Mills for the reported smoke coming from a trailer. Fire Chief 3 arrived on location to find both smoke and fire showing from a trailer. Fire Chief 3 operated as incident command. RE92 was first arriving and quickly deployed a handline and began extinguishing the fire. Squad 3 arrived on location and operated as the search company. Searches found negative results. Fire was quickly placed under control. The Maryland State Fire Marshal’s office was dispatched at the request of incident command to determine the cause of the fire.
