On April 7, 2021, Company 9 was alerted for the unconscious person after an ATV accident in the Target parking lot. Engine-91 responded with 4 volunteers immediately after dispatch. Upon arrival, Engine-91 assumed the Target command and assisted crews from Hollywood Volunteer Rescue Squad and St. Mary's County Advanced Life Support with assessing the patient. It was determined that the patient had rolled the ATV he was operating approximately 4 times before coming to rest in the middle of the roadway unconscious.

A helicopter was requested due to the patient's condition. Crews quickly worked to stabilize and package the patient before transporting him to the landing zone. US Park Police Eagle 1 responded and rendezvoused with Ambulance-799 at the St. Mary's County Airport. Units returned to service shortly after.
