Adams) arrived on scene and was directed to perform traffic blocking for the vehicle in the north bound lanes.

The driver of the striking vehicle stated she was watching the emergency vehicles on the other side of the road and was not looking in front of her at the emergency vehicle blocking traffic for the scene of the accident.
