Structure Fire in Lexington Park

At 06:05 Units from Bay District and surrounding departments were alerted to a structure fire in Company's 3 first due. Engine 32 immediately marked up with full staffing and responded along with Engine 132 and Truck 13 from NDW Pax River. While units were en-route dispatch advised that callers are now reporting multiple subjects possibly trapped in the residential structure. Fire Chief 3 (R. Wahrenbrock) and Chief 3B (B. Ticson) also responded on the alarm. Engine 32 arrived first and reported a single-family home with fire showing from Alpha, Bravo, and Delta sides of the house. Occupants reported that everyone was outside the house at this time. Engine 32 assumed attack group operations on side Alpha while Truck 13 assumed the first due truck operations. Chief 3B arrived on scene and established command of the incident and placed all incoming units into staging on Route 235, Upon arrival of Fire Chief 3 he was assigned the interior division. Engine 92 arrived on scene and was immediately placed in charge of RIT operations. Squad 3 and Utility 3 also arrived on scene for additional manpower. 2nd District Engine 61 was placed on the alpha side for additional manpower if needed. Engine 32, Engine 132 & Truck 13 continued to operate inside the structure to obtain a knock on the fire. Squad 7 arrived and assisted with overhaul once the fire was reported out. Units operated on the scene for about an hour.
