MVA Serious W/ Cut Job & Fly Out

On 03/16/2019 At 21:51 units from Company 9 (Engine 91) & Company 3 (Squad 3) along with Hollywood VFD responded to an MVA serious with reported people trapped. Chiefs 3 & 3A both arrived on scene first. Engine 91 arrived and started stabilization of the vehicle also pulled an attack line. Squad 7 (Hollywood) arrived minutes after Engine 91 and started operations for extrication along with the help of Engine 91's crew. Crews were able to extricate the driver and get her to medical personnel. Trooper 7 was requested and added to the call via incident command. Squad 3 arrived on the scene and immediately went to work on the passenger side. Crews were able to extricate the passenger out of the vehicle. Trooper 7 transported both patients to a trauma center. All units were placed back into service.
