On Christmas Eve as the units were returning from the annual visit to Chesapeake Shores we were alerted to a motor vehicle accident with a vehicle overturned and one person entrapped. First arriving Chief 9B (K. Adams) reported one vehicle on its side with one person trapped. E91 arrived and began stabilization until the arrival of Squad 3. Squad 3 arrived and began full stabilization and extrication of the patient. Squad 7 arrived and assisted with extrication. All units worked together and extricated the patient and turned her over to awaiting EMS crews. The patient was then transported to St. Mary’s Airport to MSP Trooper 7 that was waiting for transport.
