Mrs. Bell from St. Mary's County Department of Recruitment and Retention with outgoing Chief Joe Gould and incoming Chief Wahrenbrock present Rookie of the year to Cody Layman and Mike Malpass. Both received a new yorker helmet and bronze statue. Very Impressive.
