On June 13, 2017 around 1700 hrs, station 9 was dispatched for the motor vehicle accident with injuries at Three Notch Road and Oak Crest Drive. While units were responding, fireboard advised multiple vehicles were involved. Capt 9 was the first to arrive on scene advising 6 to 7 cars involved.

St Mary's ALS evaluated 2 patients with chest pain, both were cleared for BLS transport. E-91 assisted with patient care and spread absorbent over the large amount of fluids in the roadway before returning to service. LPVRS transported 2 priority 3 patients to Medstar St. Mary's hospital.
