In the early hours of 04/25 St Mary's County Emergency Communications received multiple calls for the reported Motor Vehicle Accident with Entrapment in the area of Pegg Road and East Westbury Blvd. At 01:09 Communications alerted Company 3, 13 and 6 to the same.

Squad 3 (Capt Burroughs) responded moments after with 4 men. At 01:14 Squad 3 arrived on scene confirming one vehicle overturned with one trapped. Squad 3 and HazMat 13 worked to stabilize the vehicle and disentangle the occupant. Once the patient was reached and assessed, It was determined the patient had succumbed the their injuries.

Squad 3 remained on scene and assisted St Mary's County Sheriffs Office with scene lighting. Fire Chief 3 held the "Pegg Road" command.
