On Saturday November 22, 2014 at 21:50 Company 3 and EMS Stations 38, 39, & 6 were all alerted for the motor vehicle accident at Point Lookout Rd and Willows Rd.

Fireboard advised Squad 3 that their would be possible entrapment and added Rescue Engine 62. Squad 3 arrived on scene finding one vehicle off the roadway and the other partially in the roadway. The vehicle off the roadway had the patient trapped. The crew from the Squad quickly stabilized the vehicle as Engine 31 arrived and the crews went to work on removing both the driver side doors and B post. The officer on Engine 31 established command. A 1 3/4 attack line was placed in service for protection. Due to just having removed the doors command placed Rescue Engine 62 in service. The patient was removed from the vehicle at 22:04 and the waiting ems personnel took over patient care. The other vehicle operator signed a refusal. Ambulance 69 transported the patient to the hospital.

All units on scene were able to return to service by 22:27.
