This past December our department again worked with the United States Marines in their Toys for Tots program. We provided an escort with all our apparatus from the Governor Thomas Bridge to the Lexington Park Dodge dealership where the presents were collected to hand out to all the kids in the community that were not as fortunate as others at Christmas time.
I know that I’m a little late on the story but they just came by to make a presentation at our February business meeting and I did want to give some kudo’s to all. Again we have been doing this for the past several years and look forward to doing it for many years to come. I mean what else we could do for Christmas time except collect toys for all the little guys and gals.
