Just a reminder that on Monday, August 5, 2013 at 06:00 St. Mary's County is scheduled to switch to the new APCO P-25 communications system. The scanner feed broadcasted from Station 9 will go silent for a couple of hours until we can get the setup and new scanners in place.

ALL scanners will go silent at that time (unless you have the GRE PSR 800 scanner)

All other scanners can be programmed to the pager frequency 154.980 MHz and you WILL be able to monitor the DISPATCH channel only.

Please feel free to pass this information to your friends so they may continue to monitor the dispatch & operations of Bay District & St. Mary's Fire/EMS.

The online scanner feed can also be found on most Smartphone apps as St. Mary's County Fire and EMS
