On Saturday March 12, 2011 at 0208 hours, the Bay District Volunteers along with Lexington Park EMS and Ridge EMS was dispatched for the Vehicle Overturned possibly on fire due to Police chase on Jacksons Run Road. Chief 3 (Gould) arrived on the scene within a minute of dispatch advising of a single vehicle overturned, no entrapment, wires down and the vehicle not on fire. Engine 32 arrived a few minutes later and secured power to the vehicle, assisted with patient care and checked for live wires using the hot stick. The Squad arrived on the scene just after Engine 32 and was placed in staging on the scene by Command. A total of three patients were transported to the Local Hospital and Command was then terminated. Units operated on the scene for just under an hour before returning to quarters.
