The Ridge Volunteer Fire Department invites the community to its annual Community Tree Lighting on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the firehouse, located at 13820 Point Lookout Road, Ridge, Maryland.
Event Highlights:

Santa’s Arrival at 6:30 p.m. – Families are welcome to take their own photos with Santa.

Holiday Treats – Complimentary cookies, punch, and lemonade.

Food for Sale – Hot dogs and chips (cash only). Proceeds benefit the Ridge VFD Auxiliary.

Toy Raffle for Kids – One ticket per child. Bring canned goods for the Lions Club food drive to earn extra raffle entries.

New This Year – A lineup of local food trucks and vendors will be on-site, bringing new flavors and festive shopping to the event.
This is a family-friendly evening filled with holiday cheer, community spirit, and fun for all ages. Join us as we kick off the Christmas season with lights, laughter, and local support.
