Maryland State Fireman's Association 113th Convention

On Monday June 20, 2005 members of Bay District attended the Maryland State Fireman's Association 113th Convention. The members attended numerous training courses, visited with apparatus manufacturers and visited the exhibit hall to view any new technologies that were being displayed. On Wednesday June 22, 2005 the Volunteers of Bay District participated in the Maryland State Fireman's Association Parade in Ocean City, MD. After performing last minute cleaning and preparations the members displayed Engine 33 and Tower 9 to thousands of spectators on the parade route. Engine 33 received the award for the 3rd Best Pumper Tanker.
