One trapped in Hermanville

On July 20, 2012 at 1124 hours Chief 3, Engine 33, and Squad 3 responded to the 20000 block of Hermanville Road for an overturned vehicle. Chief 3 arrived on scene first and confirmed a single vehicle overturned with the operator trapped. Crews from Engine 33 and Squad 3 worked together on patient care, vehicle stabilization, and extrication of the patient. Once the patient was extricated he was turned over to crews from Ambulance 398 and Ambulance 399. The patient was transferred to Trooper 7 waiting at Carver Parks and Recreation ball field. Engine 132 established the Landing Zone for Trooper 7. The patient was flown to Prince George Trauma Center.
