Volunteers Work Ranch Estates House Fire

On January 2, 2012 at 1928 hours the Bay District and Hollywood Volunteers were alerted to a house fire in the Ranch Estates at 11637 Deadwood Drive. Engine 91, Engine 72 and Engine 74 responded at dispatch and while responding units from Calvert County arrived on the scene advising of a Working House Fire. At this time Units from Bay District, Hollywood and Leonardtown were then dispatched with Engine 32, Engine 10 and Truck Company 7 responding. Once the units arrived on the scene they assisted with Extinguishment and Searches as well as forming a manpower pool if needed. Once the fire was placed under control by command the assignment was scaled back holding only units from Solomons, St. Leonard, Prince Frederick and Hollywood. All units from Bay District were in Quarters at 2028 hours.
